Production employee (m/f/d)

• You will operate production plant and machinery in accordance with instructions
• You will monitor the production process and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• You will carry out simple maintenance and cleaning tasks on the plant
• You will check the quality of the manufactured products and sort out any faulty parts
• You will also be responsible for the comprehensive documentation of production figures and any anomalies
• You will manage the replenishment of materials and assist with materials management
• Close collaboration within the team and support in implementing improvements round off your responsibilities

• You have professional experience in industrial production
• Your technical understanding and interest in machinery and processes are a real asset
• You are naturally willing to work in a three-shift system
• You are reliable and work meticulously to specifications
• You are a team player and communicate openly with your colleagues
• You have no difficulty complying with safety and quality regulations
• A willingness to learn and enthusiasm for the job round off your profile
• Valid work permits and a good command of German, at least at B2 level, are essential for employment
