• You play an active role in concrete production
• You set up the formwork and prepare the moulds so that they can be positioned correctly
• You oil the moulds professionally so that the precast concrete elements can be removed cleanly
• You seal joints and transitions with a special compound and ensure they are reliably sealed
• You provide general support throughout the production process at all times
• You consistently ensure the work area is kept clean and tidy

• You do not need any formal training and, as a motivated career changer (m/f/d) with good manual skills, you are very welcome
• A willingness to do physical work is a given for you
• The ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous, reliable approach to your work
• A willingness to work shifts rounds off your profile
• Valid work documents (work permit) and a spoken knowledge of German are requirements for employment
