• You will be responsible for the manufacture of fibre-reinforced composite structures, particularly in the areas of prototyping, sample production and series production
• You will be responsible for the preparation, set-up and monitoring of manufacturing processes
• Documenting production processes is also part of your remit
• In addition, you will be responsible for measuring components in accordance with quality assurance guidelines
• You will be responsible for independently identifying and rectifying faults
• Continuously optimising production efficiency rounds off your role

• you have completed a vocational qualification, e.g. as a process mechanic (m/f/d), woodworking mechanic (m/f/d), joiner (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have already gained several years’ professional experience, ideally including work with fibre-reinforced composites
• your analytical and technical understanding, as well as a strong focus on quality, are key strengths
• Your profile includes a very good command of written and spoken German, and ideally a good command of English as well
• You are willing to work shifts
