• You carefully check the quality of cable harness installation in vehicles along the production line
• You document quality defects and report them for prompt resolution
• You work with the central department and the plant to analyse and resolve issues
• You handle customer enquiries and forward them to the relevant departments
• You handle complaints in accordance with the 8D process
• You provide support during inspection and sorting operations and carry out corrective measures directly at the customer’s site

• You have excellent written and spoken German
