General production work: manufacturing ballpoint pens – early and late shifts 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00 Operating and loading production machinery, for example, refilling materials and removing parts Assembling writing instruments and individual components, both by hand and on assembly lines Assisting with finishing processes, for example screen and pad printing Checking parts for quality, dimensional accuracy and appearance, including sorting out defective parts Packaging, labelling and picking finished products Preparing goods for dispatch Transporting materials and goods within the production area Experience in production would be an advantage What you bring to the role:

Reliability, attention to detail and a meticulous, precise approach to work Willingness to carry out light to moderately heavy physical tasks, including whilst standing Ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to learn Basic knowledge of spoken and written German, sufficient to understand work and safety instructions
