Your responsibilities

• you’ll support tyre production, for example in the areas of extrusion, assembly or vulcanisation
• you’ll reliably operate, load and monitor production lines and machinery
• You’ll carry out visual and quality checks on semi-finished and finished tyre products
• You’ll pick, pack and transport materials within the factory
• You ensure compliance with safety, order and quality regulations at your workplace
• You promptly report any anomalies or faults with the equipment

What we’re looking for

• As a career changer (m/f/d), you are very welcome
• Ideally, you have experience in production
• A basic knowledge of German , both spoken and written, is a key attribute
• You demonstrate a willingness to work shifts
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• You are reliable, motivated and enjoy working as part of a team
• Independence, flexibility and a proactive approach to work are your strong points
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
