Production employee (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will operate the production machinery and load it with the necessary materials
• You will ensure the machinery runs smoothly by keeping a close eye on it and intervening quickly in the event of faults
• You will constantly monitor the production process against the specified quality standards
• You will carry out regular maintenance and cleaning of the machinery and equipment
• You identify deviations in the production process at an early stage and report them to the relevant colleagues
• You document the work steps and checks carried out in accordance with company guidelines
• You actively assist with setting up and reconfiguring the equipment for different production orders
• You ensure a clean and tidy workplace in accordance with health and safety and tidiness guidelines

What we’re looking for

• You have experience in the metalworking and production sectors and can quickly grasp processes
• Good written and spoken German will help you to manage your day-to-day work confidently and effectively
• You are available to work across all three shifts
• You are mobile, enabling you to travel to your workplace flexibly
• The ability to work as part of a team, drive and a hands-on approach round off your profile
• You hold a valid work permit
• You are characterised by your reliability and attention to detail when working with production equipment
