Production employee (m/f/d)

• You will prepare cables and wires, cutting, insulating and crimping them in accordance with production instructions
• You will assemble various components in accordance with specifications and drawings
• You will be responsible for the complete assembly of OEM products
• Occasionally, you will carry out soldering work on cables and assemblies
• Where required, you will engrave type plates and control devices using a laser
• You will check your work against the production instructions and document it on the computer
• You will ensure cleanliness, tidiness and safety (SOS) at your workstation at all times
• You play an active role in optimising work processes and designing workstations

• You have some experience in stranded wire and cable assembly
• Soldering skills would be an advantage
• Basic IT skills would be an asset
• You work confidently and precisely in accordance with production instructions
• A good command of spoken German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You work carefully and reliably, and pay attention to cleanliness, order and safety
• You have manual dexterity and enjoy assembly work
• You contribute ideas towards optimising work processes and designing workstations
