Production employee (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will operate the production machinery and monitor its operation
• You will load the machinery and equipment with the required materials
• You will remove the finished products and store them correctly
• You’ll continuously monitor the production process and report any deviations
• You’ll check the produced parts for completeness and obvious defects
• You’ll identify minor faults at an early stage and inform your line managers
• You keep your workstation clean and ensure the machine area is tidy
• You organise the replenishment of materials independently to ensure the production process runs smoothly

What we’re looking for

• As a career changer (m/f/d), you are very welcome
• Ideally, you have experience in assembly
• A basic knowledge of German , both spoken and written, is a plus
• You demonstrate a willingness to work shifts
• A medical certificate is desirable but not essential
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Reliability and the ability to work in a team, as well as an energetic approach to work, speak in your favour
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
