• You will cut materials such as aluminium or plastic precisely to size and in accordance with production specifications
• You will operate and monitor production machinery reliably whilst it is in operation
• You deburr components and ensure flawless surfaces through careful finishing
• You pack finished products professionally for dispatch or further processing
• During compaction and final assembly, you assemble components in accordance with the applicable quality standards
• You continuously check your work for dimensional accuracy and quality
• Depending on your area of responsibility, you will also operate CNC machines and monitor production processes
• You will read and independently implement production specifications and work orders

• Previous experience in production or a trade is desirable, but you are also very welcome to apply as a motivated career changer (m/f/d)
• You have a good understanding of technical matters and are skilled with your hands
• You are known for your meticulous and quality-conscious approach to work
• You demonstrate a team-oriented attitude and a willingness to communicate in your daily interactions with colleagues
• You are willing to work shifts, as we operate on a two-shift system or day shifts
• You will need your own car, as the site is not easily accessible by public transport
• Valid work documents (work permit) and spoken German are essential for employment
