• In this role, you will operate our production facilities to manufacture plastic regrinds, agglomerates, regranulates and compounds in accordance with specified deadlines and quality standards
• Once you have undergone thorough induction, you will be confident in carrying out product and mould changes independently
• You will be responsible for continuously monitoring the production process to ensure it runs smoothly
• You will carry out product and mould changes independently to maintain efficient production
• You will carefully document all production data, to ensure traceability
• you are also willing to actively support the team in troubleshooting
• you conscientiously document production data and help to ensure product quality
• You will work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure consistent product quality
• You will also carry out inspection, maintenance and fault-finding tasks as part of production maintenance and actively assist with troubleshooting

• Ideally, you will have some initial experience in production or in operating machinery and technical equipment
• You are also welcome to apply as a career changer (m/f/d), for example with experience in production, warehousing, crafts or a technical background
• You possess technical understanding and an interest in production processes
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
