Production employee (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You’ll check the pieces of timber on the production line for quality and condition
• You’ll identify bottlenecks in the production process at an early stage and resolve them independently
• You’ll remove faulty or damaged pieces of timber from the material flow
• You ensure the production line runs smoothly and report any faults
• You help with the preparation and transport of materials within the production area
• You keep your workstation clean and tidy
• Where required, you will support other colleagues at various stages of the production process

What we are looking for

• As a career changer (m/f/d), you are very welcome to apply
• Ideally, you have experience in production
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is essential
• You demonstrate a willingness to work a 5-shift system
• You are reliable, motivated and enjoy working as part of a team
• Independence, flexibility and an energetic approach to work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
