• You secure cable reels weighing approximately 50 to 200 kg using a lifting aid in the winding department
• Before winding, you check that the clamped cable reels are in good condition
• You wind the cables to the required length according to the specified dimensions
• You check the cables for damage and repair them if necessary
• If necessary, you adjust the tension on the cable
• For quality assurance, you place a test sample on the reel
• You then carefully document your work steps and results
• You operate the lifting aid and keep your workstation in the cable winding department safe and tidy

• You have the physical stamina required to handle cable reels safely using lifting equipment
• You work carefully and precisely, particularly when inspecting cables for damage and when winding them to specified dimensions
• You have a good understanding of technical processes and are skilled with your hands
• You are reliable and responsible, and you also ensure that your work steps are properly documented
• You enjoy working as part of a team and are open to discussing quality-related queries with colleagues
• Valid work permits and a spoken knowledge of German are essential for employment
