Your responsibilities

• You’ll prepare raw materials such as rubber, fillers and additives according to the formula and weigh them out
• You’ll operate and monitor the mixing plants whilst they’re in operation
• You regularly check the quality of the mixtures and document the batches
• You reliably ensure the finished mixtures are transported to the next stages of production
• You keep your work area and the machinery clean and in good working order
• You adhere to safety and quality guidelines when handling raw materials at all times
• You carry out minor maintenance and cleaning tasks on the equipment
• You check material stocks and report replenishment requirements in good time

What we’re looking for

• As a career changer (m/f/d), you’re very welcome to apply
• Ideally, you’ll have experience in production
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is a key attribute
• You demonstrate a willingness to work shifts
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• You are reliable, motivated and enjoy working as part of a team
• Independence, flexibility and a proactive approach to work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
