• You will assist the machine operators and machinists during the ongoing production process on the CNC lathes
• You load raw materials such as bars and blanks into the machines and remove the finished turned parts
• You carry out visual inspections of the finished precision turned parts to check for dimensional accuracy, surface defects and burrs
• You carry out simple measurements using callipers, micrometres or gauges to check tolerances
• You deburr and finish turned parts manually or using small tools in accordance with
• Before further processing or dispatch, you clean the workpieces, for example by degreasing or washing them
• You pack and pick the finished parts for dispatch
• You prepare materials and transport them within the production area, using a forklift or pallet truck where necessary
• You clean the machines and carry out simple maintenance tasks such as removing swarf and topping up coolant
• You reliably document production and inspection data, such as quantities and quality reports
• You ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are maintained at your workstation

• You have completed a vocational qualification, e.g. as a machining mechanic (m/f/d)
• Your manual dexterity and technical understanding are your strong points
• You adhere to health and safety and cleanliness standards
• You have a good command of spoken German and hold a valid work permit
