• You will operate machinery and equipment on the production line and monitor the ongoing production process
• You will assemble components and products in accordance with work instructions and specifications
• You will pack finished products professionally and prepare them for dispatch or further processing
• You will check the quality of the products by visual inspection or using simple measuring equipment
• You document the test results and report any anomalies or deviations directly
• You set up machines and workstations independently for upcoming orders
• You prepare materials, tools and equipment and replenish them as required
• Together with your colleagues, you ensure that production targets, deadlines and quality standards are met
• You maintain order and cleanliness at your workstation
• You consistently comply with health and safety and hygiene regulations

• Ideally, you will already have gained some initial experience in production, but as a motivated career changer (m/f/d), you are also very welcome
• Your manual dexterity and a good understanding of technical matters are assets
• Proficiency in spoken German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You are willing to work shifts
