• You set up the SMT placement stations precisely and on time in accordance with the production specifications
• You prepare all the necessary materials and components in advance for the set-up process
• You make components and materials available directly at the workstation and ensure they are ready for an uninterrupted production process
• As a stand-in, you provide flexible support on the various SMT lines
• You carry out preparatory tasks and monitor the ongoing production process
• You carry out simple quality checks in the form of visual inspections on the manufactured assemblies and components
• You report any anomalies identified during the visual inspection
• You consistently adhere to the 5S standards throughout the entire work and set-up area
• You take personal responsibility for maintaining order and cleanliness at your workstation

• You bring manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail to the precise set-up of the SMT tables
• You attach great importance to working carefully and accurately when preparing and handling components
• You are flexible and ready to step in, switching between the various SMT lines
• A keen eye for detail helps you carry out visual inspections on the finished assemblies
• You have an understanding of order and cleanliness, as well as adherence to 5S standards
• You carry out your day-to-day production tasks reliably and independently
• You are a team player and communicate well with your colleagues
• You have a basic spoken knowledge of German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
