• You will be responsible for manufacturing sleepers and moulds
• You will operate the machinery
• You will also carry out manufacturing work on products
• You will handle the internal transport of goods, including the preparation of goods for production
• Unloading and loading (concrete sleepers) from lorries and railway wagons rounds off your remit

• Ideally, you will have completed a vocational or technical training programme, e.g. in production, warehouse logistics, construction or a similar field
• You can also make a strong case as a motivated career changer (m/f/d) with a willingness to learn
• You are used to working responsibly with large machinery
• Qualifications in operating gantry cranes, locomotives and forklift trucks are an advantage, but not a requirement
• You are willing to acquire any missing qualifications
• Valid work permits and a working knowledge of spoken German are essential for employment
