• You work reliably on the spot welder and carry out the welding processes according to specifications
• You insert the springs into the machine and ensure that the process runs smoothly
• You insert the plastic slats into the saw and cut them to the specified lengths
• You pack the finished roller shutters carefully and ensure proper quality

• Ideally, you have a good technical understanding and can quickly familiarise yourself with processes
• Predominantly sedentary tasks are well suited to you and you work with concentration
• You can confidently carry out easy-to-understand training tasks, for which you need a good knowledge of German
• you carry out fine motor tasks and precise adjustments carefully, which makes these tasks particularly suitable for people with good fine motor skills
• you already have a valid work permit
