• You will be responsible for the production and processing of delicatessen products
• during preparation, processing and portioning of fish and delicatessen products according to recipe specifications
• you will actively support
• you will also operate and monitor the production facilities
• you will take care of the control and monitoring of automated machines in the production process, including troubleshooting as part of a team
• you will be responsible for quality control during and after production
• monitoring product quality, carrying out simple visual and measurement checks in accordance with internal standards as well as filling, packaging and labelling the goods are also part of your job
