• You prepare workpieces for plastic and powder coating, cleaning, degreasing and masking them in accordance with specifications
• You carry out the loading (hanging) and unloading of parts on the conveyor or coating line with confidence
• You operate and monitor coating and drying systems in accordance with work instructions
• You mix and prepare coating materials and ensure order and cleanliness in the workplace (5S)
• You carry out in-process and final inspections, visually check and measure coating thicknesses in accordance with instructions, document everything and report any deviations
• You will pick, pack and label finished parts for dispatch
• You will implement health and safety and environmental protection measures and handle personal protective equipment and chemicals correctly

• Some experience in production, surface technology or the metal/plastics sector would be an advantage, though a career change is also possible
• Ideally, you will hold a forklift licence and be proficient in operating pallet trucks, but this is not essential
• You have a basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit
• You are willing to work shifts – whether early or late – and are happy to be flexible
• Reliable teamwork comes naturally to you
• You are characterised by manual dexterity, a meticulous and tidy approach to work, and an eye for quality
• You are energetic and fit enough to stand for long periods, lift and carry items, and work on the production line
