• You will be responsible for operating, monitoring and managing our production and packaging facilities
• You will ensure product quality in accordance with applicable hygiene and quality standards (including cleanroom guidelines)
• You will also carry out quality checks during the ongoing production process
• In addition, you will pack, labelling and picking the finished medical devices
• You will document production and test results in accordance with legal requirements
• Compliance with health and safety, hygiene and cleaning regulations at your workplace rounds off your role

• You have already gained some initial experience in production, ideally in the medical technology, pharmaceuticals or packaging
• your technical understanding and manual dexterity when operating machinery are assets
• a good command of written and spoken German, enabling you to follow work instructions accurately and fulfil documentation requirements, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You are willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system
• You have a meticulous, conscientious and quality-conscious approach to your work
• You are characterised by reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a sense of responsibility
