• You will play an active role in the production process and support your colleagues with day-to-day operations
• You will operate and load machines and equipment in accordance with instructions
• You will be responsible for the assembly and machining of components
• You will carry out visual and quality checks conscientiously to ensure product quality
• You will monitor the ongoing production process and report any anomalies
• You will check finished components for completeness and dimensional accuracy
• You will keep your workstation clean and ensure the production area is tidy
• You will carry out minor set-up and adjustment work on the machines as required

• Previous experience in a production environment would be an advantage, but is not essential
• You have the manual dexterity required for the assembly and machining of components
• You are known for your meticulous and focused approach when carrying out visual and quality checks
• You have a technical understanding of how to operate and load machinery and equipment
• You demonstrate reliability and a sense of responsibility in your day-to-day work
• The ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues comes naturally to you
• You are willing to work shifts
• You have a basic spoken knowledge of German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
