Production employee (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You’ll be responsible for picking and packing goods
• Loading and unloading lorries will also be part of your duties
• You’ll prepare boxes for dispatch by unfolding them, sealing them and stacking them on pallets
• You’ll carry out quality control checks on the finished product independently
• You’ll operate machinery for the production and finishing of packaging materials
• Documenting and monitoring the work carried out will also form part of your role
• You will be responsible for packaging products in accordance with customer specifications
• You will also assist with the sorting and storage of materials and finished goods

What we’re looking for

• As a career changer (m/f/d), you are very welcome
• Ideally, you will have experience in production
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is essential
• You demonstrate a willingness to work shifts
• You are reliable, motivated and enjoy working as part of a team
• Independence, flexibility and a proactive approach to work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
