• You will operate and supervise production plant and ensure that the manufacturing process runs smoothly
• You will assist the relevant colleagues with maintenance and repair work in the production area
• You continuously monitor product quality and compliance with process parameters
• If faults or deviations occur, you analyse the causes of the faults and document your findings in a clear and traceable manner
• You play an active role in the continuous optimisation of processes
• You transport materials and goods safely within the production area and the warehouse using a forklift
• You consistently adhere to the applicable safety and quality standards at your workplace
• You will work flexibly across various areas of production, gradually familiarising yourself with the processes

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship, for example as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or a process mechanic (m/f/d)
• You hold a valid forklift licence
• You are willing to work a 3-shift rota (continuous shifts)
• You are characterised by reliability, independence and flexibility
• You work independently and pick up new tasks quickly
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness
