Production employee (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will responsibly monitor, operate and control the coal processing plant
• You will carry out cleaning tasks independently and conduct regular inspection rounds
• You will resolve any faults that arise in the plant on your own initiative
• You will monitor ongoing production processes and intervene in the event of deviations
• You will actively contribute to the efficiency and safety of production processes
• You will document operational data and report any anomalies to your line managers
• You will assist with minor maintenance and repair work on the plant
• You will help ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

What we’re looking for

• As a career changer (m/f/d), you’re very welcome to apply
• Ideally, you’ll have experience in production
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is a key attribute
• You demonstrate a willingness to work in a three-shift system
• You also have a car to get to the workplace
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• You are reliable and motivated, particularly when carrying out inspection rounds and cleaning tasks, and enjoy working as part of a team
• A strong safety awareness, independence, flexibility and an energetic approach to work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile

• Pay of €17.35 per hour
• Regular working hours: a 40-hour week in a 3-shift system from Monday to Sunday (5.30 am – 1.30 pm, 1.30 pm – 9.30 pm, 9.30 pm – 5.30 am)
