• You will manufacture components for the rail production sector in accordance with orders and technical drawings
• You load steel sections into the machine and prepare them for further processing
• You cut the steel sections to the required dimensions in accordance with specifications
• You join the cut components using rivets
• You check the dimensions and design of the finished components against the drawing
• You stack the finished components neatly and place them on pallets for onward transport
• You operate the machinery in accordance with instructions and keep your workstation clean and tidy
• Whilst working, you adhere to health and safety and quality guidelines
