• You will operate and monitor production plant and carry out assembly work whilst production is in progress
• Through quality control checks, you ensure compliance with quality standards during production
• You set up machinery and assist with changeovers to ensure production processes run smoothly
• You support the team with the packaging, dispatch and logistics of the manufactured products and ensure processes run on schedule
• You carefully document your work and contribute your own suggestions for continuous improvement in the production process

• You have several years’ experience as a production worker (m/f/d), preferably in mechanical engineering or a similar manufacturing environment
• You are characterised by your technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Proficiency in spoken German and a valid work permit are also assets
• You are willing to work shifts and are flexible in your working hours
• Reliability, team spirit and the ability to work independently will help you in your day-to-day work
• You approach quality control and documentation with the same care as the production process itself
