Production employee (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• you’ll assist with the production of plastic parts
• you’ll machine plastic parts using a grinding machine
• you’ll check the ground parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality
• You’ll carry out quality checks throughout the production process
• You’ll identify and sort out faulty parts
• You’ll load and unload workpieces on the grinding machine
• You will pack the finished parts and prepare them for onward transport
• You will keep your workstation clean and tidy

What we’re looking for

• Some experience in a production environment is an advantage, but not essential
• You have the manual dexterity required to work with the grinding machine
• A good command of spoken German and a valid work permit are also advantageous
• You work meticulously and have a keen eye for quality
• We require a team-oriented approach and a willingness to communicate
• You demonstrate a sense of responsibility during quality checks throughout the production process
