Production employee (m/f/d)

• You will staff the workstations and set them up independently for the relevant production process
• You will check the parts and components supplied for completeness before processing
• Following clear work instructions, you will assemble parts and pre-assembled components using easy-to-handle tools and joining techniques
• You will feed the assembled components into the designated process
• A visual inspection for completeness is part of your duties, as is checking the process outcome against simple criteria
• In the event of deviations, you adjust the process within the specified parameters
• You inform the person in charge if any deviations fall outside your scope of action
• You document the results of your work carefully and in a traceable manner
• You work cleanly and in accordance with the specifications under cleanroom conditions

• Ideally, you will have completed vocational training or have at least five years’ professional experience in industry
• You will hold a Class B driving licence and own a car, unless you live in the Warstein area
• You are willing to work shifts, including at weekends
• A sound knowledge of MS Office will make your day-to-day work easier
• You communicate confidently in German and express yourself clearly within the team and with external contacts
• Working under cleanroom conditions is no problem for you
• You are characterised by reliability and high standards of quality
• A valid work permit is required
