• You ensure that sufficient raw materials are available at all times and thus enable an uninterrupted production process
• During production, you keep a close eye on all processes, recognise deviations at an early stage and rectify simple faults independently
• you carefully clean and change moulding tools to ensure product quality and keep the machines running optimally
• you carefully place freshly moulded bricks on pallets or in drying racks so that they can be safely processed further

• You do not need any training, but ideally have some work experience in horticulture or bricklaying
• you are familiar with using a masonry saw and you use it safely and precisely
• you have a good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
• shift work is no problem for you and you show the necessary flexibility for it
• you are reliable and ready to work and support the team with your responsible manner
