• You receive rubber compounds, inspect them, carry out identity checks and record everything in the inventory management system
• You check the quality using incoming goods inspections such as rheometer and Shore hardness tests, and document the results
• You approve flawless compounds and coordinate any quality deviations with departmental management
• You operate the mixing mill and produce rubber compounds according to the formula
• You operate Barwell automatic blanking machines to produce compound strands in accordance with production orders
• You weigh and prepare rubber compounds for further processing
• You carry out quality checks on the compounds you have produced yourself and document the results
• You use your own initiative to help ensure compliance with and the continuous improvement of quality standards

• You have experience working in a manufacturing company, ideally in the plastics, rubber or elastomer processing sector
• You are characterised by your technical understanding and interest in production and testing processes
• A basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are an advantage
• You are willing to work shifts
• A focus on quality and a meticulous and responsible approach to your work are among your strengths
