• You will be responsible for the full management of the construction as well as the technical and organisational support of the ship from commissioning to final delivery
• In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating the content and scheduling of interfaces in the production process with all production departments and external partners involved
• Furthermore, you will oversee the operational organisation of all production work on board and always create the necessary framework conditions for the trades
• Planning, organisation and complete documentation of all maintenance work as well as the technical support of subcontractors are also part of your tasks
• as part of your job, you actively support purchasing and project management in claim management and check all incoming invoices from external service providers
• you also support the continuous quality inspection of all production services of internal and external trades and monitor the proper commissioning of all assemblies
• finally, you are responsible for drawing up a detailed list of remaining points, the follow-up of the processing and the preparation of acceptance by customer representatives and classification societies

• You have successfully completed a degree in engineering specialising in shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, plant engineering or a comparable academic qualification as an engineer (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have sound professional experience in shipbuilding production or have already gained several years of practical experience in a company in the maritime industry
• You have a sound knowledge of the common MS-Office programmes and you are willing to travel occasionally
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German at native speaker level as well as business fluent English for international communication
• Furthermore, you have a high level of team spirit, strong motivation, assertiveness and a very goal-oriented and structured way of working
• Finally, you are extremely flexible, reliable and resilient, so that you can always find functional solutions within the given budget even under high deadline pressure
