• You will be responsible for producing mixtures for the baking and food industries in accordance with recipe specifications
• You will monitor and operate the conveyor, mixing and filling systems
• You will also ensure compliance with production, quality and hygiene standards
• You check safety standards and escalate any relevant incidents
• You then coordinate the organisation of goods receipt and the provision of raw materials
• You ensure that the machinery, workstations and tools
• When standing in for a manager, you will brief, supervise and train staff
• Supporting the manager with tasks appropriate to your qualifications rounds off your remit

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a Food Technology Specialist (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have at least 5 years’ experience in food production and at least 3 years’ management experience
• You have experience working with MRP systems and SAP
• You are fluent in spoken and written German
• You also hold a valid forklift licence
• The ability to lead a team and motivate staff comes naturally to you
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
