• You produce mixtures for the baking and food industries in accordance with recipes
• You operate conveying, mixing and filling systems safely
• You ensure compliance with production, quality and hygiene standards
• You monitor safety standards and report any safety incidents accordingly
• You organise the receipt of goods and prepare raw materials
• You are responsible for cleanliness and order around machinery, workstations and tools
• When standing in for a manager, you allocate staff, supervise them and provide training
• You support the manager with other tasks appropriate to your qualifications

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a food technology specialist or hold a comparable qualification
• You have at least 5 years’ experience in food production
• You have at least 3 years’ management experience
• You have a strong knowledge of MRP systems and SAP
• You hold a valid forklift licence
• You hold a valid work permit
• You are fluent in spoken and written German
• You excel at leading teams and motivating staff
