• You will take on the technical and managerial leadership of final assembly in the demanding field of specialised machine construction and modern robotics
• You will also be responsible for ensuring that programmes are fulfilled in full, whilst strictly adhering to quality, quantity, deadlines and cost-effectiveness
• Furthermore, you will oversee the technical management and continuous professional development of all staff assigned to you within a team-oriented working environment
• Ensuring reliable compliance with all applicable work regulations, statutory safety regulations and the stringent company regulations on environmental protection
• As part of your role, you will actively support the promotion of close, team-oriented collaboration and play a key role in the strategic development of the entire assembly department
• Furthermore, you will support the ongoing analysis and sustainable optimisation of all existing production processes to increase overall productivity
• Finally, you will be responsible for the targeted coordination of the facility management team, as well as the professional planning, monitoring and implementation of all necessary maintenance measures

• You have successfully completed further training as an industrial foreman (m/f/d) specialising in electrical engineering or electronics, building on a technical apprenticeship as an electrician (m/f/d) or electronics technician (m/f/d)
• you also have solid professional experience in a production environment, as well as practical knowledge of managing smaller projects or complex product launches
• You stand out thanks to your confident use of standard PC applications such as MS Office, as well as a basic understanding of SAP in an operational context
• You have excellent written and spoken German at native speaker level, ensuring smooth and confident communication with all internal stakeholders
• Furthermore, you possess strong communication skills for day-to-day interaction with work planning, production control and the development department
• Finally, you are completely reliable, demonstrate strong assertiveness and are characterised by a systematic and goal-oriented approach to your work
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
