• You organise, coordinate and monitor a smooth production process for the mass production of concrete block products
• You coordinate production control with the Regional Technical Management and Production Planning
• you are responsible for product quality
• you optimise production and work processes
• you plan, manage and monitor maintenance activities
• As an internal and external point of contact, you are available to deal with all production-related matters
• You plan staff deployment and manage staff in a goal-oriented manner
• You ensure and monitor health and safety measures

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, ideally with some initial management experience
• You also have experience in the field of industrial manufacturing
• You have knowledge of hydraulics, electrical engineering, pneumatics and maintenance
• You are confident using IT and standard MS Office applications
• You can read and work from electrical diagrams
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a meticulous and proactive approach to your work are your strengths
• Assertiveness, strong negotiation skills, the ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems are part of your skill set
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
