• You are responsible for monitoring production planning and ensuring that all production targets are achieved on time
• You implement targeted improvements to continuously increase efficiency and productivity
• You always keep an eye on compliance with safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe and compliant working environment
• You organise and manage production - you are responsible for quality management, management and the professional coordination of all production processes
• You manage the entire production process, from purchasing to production to sales
• You meticulously plan production processes, monitor their implementation and ensure that budgets are adhered to through targeted planning of labour, material and maintenance costs
• You are responsible for coordinating employees and work processes and ensuring that operations run smoothly

• A completed apprenticeship or degree forms the basis of your qualification for production management
• You have already gained several years of professional experience in production and bring extensive practical knowledge with you
• You have a car driving licence.driving licence to ensure your flexible mobility
• English language skills are an advantage for you and facilitate communication in an international environment
• Your very good written and spoken German will support you in internal and external communication as well as in employee management
• With a valid work permit and your residence in Germany, you meet all the requirements for this position
