• You will have overall responsibility for the efficient production of high-quality induction hobs, coordinating day-to-day operations in our manufacturing department
• You will also be responsible for strategic planning, as well as the operational management and continuous optimisation of all existing production processes at our site
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for the professional and managerial supervision and motivation of your dedicated production staff, and will support their continuous professional development
• Ensuring and strictly adhering to all high quality standards, as well as implementing sustainable quality improvement measures, are also part of your responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support close, cross-departmental collaboration with key areas such as Development, Procurement, logistics and sales
• Furthermore, you will help ensure reliable adherence to delivery deadlines and the optimal alignment of the entire production process with customer needs
• Finally, you will be responsible for the systematic analysis and sustainable elimination of all causes of errors that arise, and for coordinating the implementation of appropriate preventive measures

• You have successfully completed further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d), building on an apprenticeship as an electrician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d) or mechatronics technician (m/f/d)
• you also have sound practical professional experience in a managerial or senior technical role within a manufacturing company
• You are distinguished by your confident use of MS Office and your experience in working with modern ERP systems for production control
• You have excellent command of German, both spoken and written, at native speaker level, as well as a basic knowledge of English for day-to-day communication
• Furthermore, you possess a high degree of teamwork and a strong solution-oriented approach to achieve optimal results
• Finally, you are decisive and work with absolute reliability, always focusing on solutions in the direct interests of our customers
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
