• You will plan, manage and monitor production processes in mechanical and plant engineering to ensure that deadlines, quality standards and budgets are met
• You will schedule production orders and capacities in consultation with production planning, procurement and assembly
• You will manage and coordinate production staff, allocating them according to order volume and qualifications
• In the ERP system, you will maintain orders, bills of materials and feedback, and analyse production key figures
• You analyse and further develop production processes by identifying potential for improvement and implementing measures
• You take responsibility for individual projects in production and coordinate schedules and resources with all parties involved
• You ensure compliance with quality, health and safety requirements within your area
• In the event of deviations, disruptions or bottlenecks in production, you initiate corrective measures and investigate the causes
• You will liaise with international customers, suppliers and specialist departments in English where necessary

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), a machining mechanic (m/f/d), a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or an industrial foreman (m/f/d)
• Initial experience in project management and previous responsibility for staff would be an advantage
• You are enthusiastic about working for a manufacturing company in the mechanical and plant engineering sector
• You have excellent knowledge of working with ERP systems
• Fluency in German and a good command of English are part of your profile
