• You will be responsible for managing and organising the production department
• You will allocate work orders
• You are responsible for ensuring that deadlines and quality targets are met
• You will be responsible for optimising manufacturing processes
• You will also work closely with the Development, Test Lab and QA departments

• You have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification; alternatively, you may also be eligible if you hold a qualification as a technician (m/f/d) or similar.
• You impress with your in-depth knowledge of electrical production
• Good communication skills, combined with a confident, assured and personable manner, are to your credit
• You have a good command of spoken and written English, or are willing to acquire it,
• Your structured, analytical and results-oriented approach to work is an asset
• Valid work permits are a prerequisite for employment
