• You will manage and organise the production department and bear technical responsibility for manufacturing
• You will allocate the work orders to the production staff and oversee their completion
• You will ensure that production meets its deadlines and quality targets
• You will continuously analyse and optimise production processes to make workflows more efficient
• You will liaise with the Development, Test Facility and Quality Assurance departments on technical issues and processes
• You plan production capacity, materials and staff deployment with foresight
• As a manager, you lead your staff, provide them with technical support and lend a hand yourself when necessary
• In the event of deviations or disruptions in the production process, you will initiate appropriate measures and monitor their implementation
• You will document production processes and results and analyse relevant key performance indicators

• You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree in the field of electronics, for example as an electronics technician for equipment and systems (m/f/d), an industrial electrician (m/f/d) or an electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d)
• You have already gained sound knowledge and experience as a production manager (m/f/d) or in a comparable managerial role in production
• You have a technical understanding and knowledge of electronics
• You take on leadership responsibilities with confidence and manage your team competently and with a clear approach
• You plan with foresight, work in a structured manner and possess strong organisational skills
• You are characterised by a hands-on approach
