• You will be responsible for the technical and managerial supervision of the production teams and will oversee all work processes in the production department in accordance with internal guidelines
• You will also be responsible for ensuring high quality standards in all welding processes and precise metalworking during ongoing shift operations
• You will also oversee the professional development and continuous training of junior managers and motivate your team in their day-to-day work
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines is also part of your responsibilities within your assigned production area
• As part of your role, you will support the optimisation of existing production processes and play an active part in the welding design of new products
• Furthermore, you will assist with shift planning and coordinate the efficient deployment of staff to ensure the on-time completion of all production orders

• You have successfully completed further training to become an Industrial Foreman in Metalworking (m/f/d), building on vocational training as a Design Mechanic (m/f/d) or Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ practical professional experience as a master craftsman or department manager in a modern production environment, including relevant managerial responsibility for staff
• Your sound knowledge of common welding processes, particularly MAG welding, sets you apart in your day-to-day work on the production floor
• You have a business-fluent command of written and spoken German, enabling you to communicate flawlessly with customers and the production team
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
• Finally, you are a strong communicator and patient, and you impress with your consistently courteous manner when working to develop young future leaders
