• You will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of the entire production department, comprising around fifteen skilled staff members
• You will also be responsible for the targeted management of all production processes with regard to quality, costs, productivity and adherence to deadlines
• You will also actively support the team with technical costing, quotation preparation, work planning and precise material scheduling
• The continuous optimisation of all existing production processes and lead times is also one of your core responsibilities
• Furthermore, you will precisely monitor all relevant target and actual times in accordance with internal cost-control guidelines
• In addition, you will be responsible for the availability, servicing and maintenance of all machinery used throughout the entire operation

• You have successfully completed further training as a welding technician (m/f/d) following a technical apprenticeship in the metalworking sector
• You also have several years’ solid professional experience in production control and in managing staff
• Furthermore, you consistently demonstrate reliable and sound IT skills in using standard ERP systems and MS Office
• You have good to very good written and spoken German skills to ensure confident communication
• Your consistently independent and structured approach to work, combined with your strong assertiveness and cost-consciousness, sets you apart
• To take up this position of responsibility, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
