• You will assume full responsibility for the entire machining production as well as the workshop, taking into account all economic and qualitative targets of our customer
• In addition, you will be responsible for the technical management and targeted further development of your teams in the various production areas for future-oriented production

• You have successfully completed further training as an industrial foreman (m/f/d) in metal or technician (m/f/d) in mechanical engineering as your primary professional qualification for this management position
• You have several years of experience in industrial production with a clear focus on machining by turning and milling
• You have sound knowledge of modern ERP systems for efficient control of production areas and precise planning of available resources
