Production Operator – Weighing (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• you will manufacture non-sterile liquid and semi-solid formulations in the production area
• You weigh out raw materials for non-sterile production in accordance with the applicable GMP and health and safety guidelines
• You operate all production and weighing equipment professionally
• You prepare raw materials and delivered materials, check them and transfer them into the production area
• You carry out in-process checks during production
• You carry out cleaning and disinfection procedures independently on all equipment and in all areas under your responsibility
• You document all activities in accordance with GMP, for example in manufacturing protocols, cleaning instructions and logbooks
• In the hygiene area, you will work in strict compliance with the applicable regulations
• You will monitor process parameters and report any deviations immediately
• You will coordinate material flows within production in accordance with the specifications

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a pharmaceutical technician (m/f/d), chemical technician (m/f/d), pharmaceutical technical assistant (m/f/d) or chemical-technical assistant (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you will have some initial experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing
• You have knowledge of GMP or are willing to familiarise yourself with it
• You are characterised by a meticulous approach to your work, taking full account of all safety and GMP guidelines
• You are capable of working in a hygienic environment and consistently adhere to the relevant regulations
• Teamwork and reliability are among your strengths
• You are available to work day shifts (between 5 am and 8 pm)
• Good written and spoken German is essential
• A valid work permit is required
