• You will create and update primary requirements plans in SAP, taking into account customer forecasts and internal specifications
• In your role, you will adjust planning data in SAP to reflect the current demand situation, create production orders and schedule them
• You analyse the availability situation, prioritise production orders and coordinate deliveries within production
• You carry out demand and stock analyses, determine stock coverage and adjust planning parameters
• You will then build up primary requirements and create production orders for new production runs in accordance with project specifications
• In addition, you will analyse the stock situation at component level and across bill of materials structures
• You coordinate the scheduling of predecessor and successor materials to meet deadlines whilst minimising the risk of scrap
• You also develop proposals for the reworking and scrapping of materials
• You will be responsible for communicating with your colleagues in planning and procurement at the main plant, both by telephone and in writing
• Close coordination with warehouse logistics, work planning and order management rounds off your remit

• A completed, at least three-year specialist vocational training programme or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your skills
• Your strength lies in analysing complex stock and demand situations and in developing efficient solutions
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience of using SAP, particularly in modules for demand planning and scheduling such as MD04, are part of your profile
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are characterised by strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate material flows
• Working in a structured and independent manner with strong problem-solving skills comes naturally to you
