Job description

  • You will be responsible for ensuring that materials are scheduled in the correct quantities and on time within your area of responsibility, whilst reliably monitoring the processes
  • By scheduling production orders effectively, you will manage production whilst ensuring customer satisfaction
  • You will carefully prepare production documents, actively monitor compliance with deadlines and provide expert support to internal and external contacts
  • You will also manage subcontracting orders and reliably ensure that materials are made available in the correct quantities and on time
  • Maintaining master data relevant to planning in SAP is also part of your remit, and you will carry this out conscientiously
  • You will provide the necessary key figures for our shop floor management in a structured manner and will also contribute to PPS-related projects aimed at improving SAP planning results
  • Following a successful induction, you will have the opportunity to take independent responsibility for managing appropriate sub-projects

Requirements

  • You are confident using SAP R/3 MM and PP and are also proficient with MS Office
