• You will be responsible for operational production planning and strategic capacity planning, taking into account all production orders to ensure on-time delivery to customers
• In addition, you will be responsible for the cross-plant planning of all capacities based on the currently available plant capacities and the existing assembly capacities
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for the interface between ongoing production and commercial order processing to ensure a smooth flow of information within the entire company
• The coordination of necessary article shifts between the various plants in close cooperation with work preparation is also part of your daily coordination tasks
• In addition, you will be responsible for the cross-plant planning of all capacities based on the currently available plant capacities and the existing assembly capacities.

• As part of your job, you support strategic personnel planning in order to optimally adapt the staffing of the shifts to the current order situation and workload
• In addition, you support the continuous optimisation of production processes through forward-looking planning and the proactive identification of potential bottlenecks in the entire value chain

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or forwarding and logistics clerk (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have sound professional experience in production control or production planning, ideally gained in a manufacturing industrial company with complex processes and variable production structures
• Your solid knowledge of common IT systems as well as an experienced use of ERP software and MS Office, especially Excel, You are characterised by your daily data processing
• You have a very good command of German at native speaker level, both written and spoken, in order to carry out internal communication and documentation with legal certainty and precision
• Furthermore, you have a high degree of resilience and a quick grasp of the situation in order to maintain an overview of the planning processes even in dynamic phases
• In addition to your technical expertise, you also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany
