• You create and maintain the production plan based on the customer's production specifications and take care of the optimal control of the production processes
• In contract manufacturing, you are in close communication with the customer, external laboratory providers, freight forwarders and other partners to ensure smooth cooperation
• You process and create batch cards as well as filling, transfer and unloading protocols, transfer and loading/unloading protocols and ensure the complete documentation of all process steps
• you carry out all relevant bookings and documentation securely in the SAP system
• participation in regular meetings with the customer is also one of your tasks, ensuring the exchange of information and coordination

• You have commercial training or a business degree and have several years of additional experience in production planning
• Knowledge of production processes in the industry as well as confident handling of ERP systems and the SAP MM module characterise you
• You have a strong understanding of processes and a good command of English, so that you can communicate smoothly with international partners
• Commitment, teamwork and a sense of responsibility are a matter of course for you - you actively and reliably help shape your areas of responsibility
• Flexibility and a willingness to work different hours make you versatile
